There is no throttling. You will benefit from unlimited data at uninterrupted speeds.

What is the SIM card type?
The Fonus SIM card is a 3-in-1 SIM card, coming in Standard, Micro, and Nano sizes.

Will you support eSIM capabilities?
Due to the fact that most users in this world still use traditional SIM cards, we are unfortunately only providing SIM cards at the moment.

Will I be able to port my current mobile number to Fonus?
We cannot confirm this word for word at the moment, but porting ability will be supported for most Fonus customers worldwide.

How can I transfer my current number to Fonus?
You contact your existing mobile operator and request to port your existing number to Fonus.

Are international long-distance calls and texts included as well?
Yes, you will be able to call or text any landline or mobile number worldwide with no additional charges under the Fonus monthly plan.

Is there voicemail service?
Yes there is. Visual voicemail is not supported but it will likely be a supported feature very soon.

Is tethering included?
Yes, you will be able to utilize your phone as a mobile hotspot with the Fonus service.

Can I cancel my Fonus plan at anytime?
Yes, you may cancel your monthly plan at any moment.

How can I pay the monthly price to Fonus?
You can either pay through the Fonus mobile app, or through the Fonus web portal.
